01 · CONTEXT
Three organisations needed to move to Cisco Webex Calling on overlapping timelines: Gwinnett County, the Georgia Emergency Management Agency, and SHI.
The work spanned centralised management portal configuration, communication interface setup, migration strategy, PSTN connectivity, and a full unified communications audit. Each organisation carried different legacy constraints and different definitions of done.
Delivered on a time and materials Statement of Work across four months with a team of four covering project management, network engineering, security, and support.
