The opportunity

01 · CONTEXT

Therabody's existing Zoom Rooms deployment was failing under everyday use. Virtual meetings and classes suffered frequent disruption: distorted audio, echo, participants who could not be understood, and video that froze or pixelated during important presentations.

The cost was more than inconvenience. Productivity dropped, and a company built on a reputation for polished, professional experiences was undermined every time an external client joined a broken call.

The window was two weeks. Employees were returning from remote work to onsite offices, and the rooms had to be right on day one.

The solution

02 · DELIVERY

Room-by-room checklists, developed and tested by a team of three, covering all fourteen spaces: Ajax, Amphitheater, Andes, Blanc, Denali, Rainer, El Capitan, Everest, Fuji, Half Dome, Machu Picchu, Matterhorn, Olympus, and T-HQ Global.

CLOSING NOTE

Fourteen rooms rebuilt in fourteen days, delivered the week staff came back. The measurable jump in satisfaction came from treating each room as its own problem rather than applying one template to all of them.
