Before founding Megsolve, Esram Gibran Khan delivered enterprise programs for the following organisations, spanning retail operations, delivery platforms, benefits administration, and payment systems.
Please note: this work was carried out under previous employers, not under Megsolve. These organisations are not Megsolve clients and no Megsolve engagement is claimed or implied. It is listed here as the individual professional background our Managing Partner brings to the firm.
A clinic in Islamabad. Midnight. Ramadan. The city outside is alive: lanterns, prayers, the distant hum of sehri preparations. Inside, a technician is writing a graft count on a scrap of paper because the surgical log is with the lead surgeon, the lead surgeon is elbow-deep in a seven-hour hair transplant, and the family waiting outside has been asking the same question since Maghrib: how much longer?
No one can answer. Not because no one cares. Because no one can see.
The procedure is world-class. The hands doing it are among the best in the country. But the system holding it all together: patient history, graft targets, follicle counts, staff handoffs, lives on sticky notes, WhatsApp pings, and memory.
That image never left us. The surgeon's skill deserved better infrastructure. So did the patient in the chair. We didn't set out to build software. We set out to make that scrap of paper obsolete.
What started as one patient's frustration became a full-scale digital transformation practice. We began where we'd felt the problem most, healthcare. From there, Megsolve grew into a multi-industry operation. Our founder brought more than a consultant's eye to the table, his background spans software development, unified commerce, and point-of-sale technology across enterprise retail operations in the US and beyond.
Today, we operate across healthcare, education, retail, and emerging technology, building infrastructure that scales. The thread through all of it: we find the inefficiencies others have accepted as normal, and we engineer them away. That's what we'll bring to yours.
